Address Accuracy: To avoid additional charges and delivery hassles, please provide accurate shipping information while placing your order. We emphasize the importance of double-checking your details to prevent any inconvenience.

Delivery Timing: Upon your order being marked as 'Dispatched', kindly allow a minimum of 48 hours for delivery. Rest assured, you will receive your tracking details promptly for your convenience.

Click and Collect: Please note that we do not currently offer Click & Collect services.

Delivery Information: Please be mindful that current staff shortages across delivery services might impact stated delivery times. While we strive to deliver your products promptly, EXPRESS SERVICES may take up to 2 working days, and our REGULAR SERVICE typically ranges from 3-5 days. In rare cases, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery may extend up to 14 days. Please understand that these delays are beyond our control.

Delivery Issues: In case of delivery issues, such as an unsuccessful attempt due to absence, a card with re-delivery or collection instructions will be left at your address. If the parcel is unclaimed or undeliverable, it will be returned to Hemp & Heal. For redelivery, additional postage costs apply. Refunds, if requested, will exclude postage charges.

Standard and Express Delivery: Our standard delivery process involves 1-2 working days for processing and an additional 2-3 working days for delivery, between 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please note that this is not an express service but is fully trackable. For express delivery, orders placed before 10 AM, Monday to Friday, are processed on the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days. Express services may take up to 3 working days for specific regions.

International Delivery: Regrettably, we do not currently offer international delivery services.

Address Responsibility: Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Hemp & Heal is not liable for delayed, lost, or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect addresses. Refunds for missing parcels are issued only if the items are returned to us. Incorrect address postage refunds are not feasible.
